TAPE-IN

Hand-tied weft, Volume weft, Sew in Hair Extensions

SEW-IN WEFT

Volume Weft extensions are ideal for coarse, curly or thicker hair. No tape, glue or heat needed for this volume-enhancing look.

Hand-Tied Wefts, lightweight veils are hand-knotted with fine thread and designed to lay close to the scalp for maximum comfort and wearability. Stack wefts for volume, blend different shades to add dimension or even create a custom color for your Guest. Hand-Tied Wefts give you the ultimate flexibility to showcase your artistry.

K-TIP

Keratin Tip (K-Tip) extensions are installed using a heating element which safely melts the K-Tips onto your own hair. This K-Tip is partially made of the same naturally occurring protein found in your hair.

A silicone additive on the K-tip helps to create a protective coating for your natural hair strands. The K-tips are bonded close to the roots of the hair.

How Often Should I Get a Move-Up/Reinstall?

For Wefts: It is recommended to come in every 4 to 8 weeks for a Move-Up, and a Reinstall is after every 3 Move-Up appointments. Your Stylist will recommend the perfect amount of time you should wait.

For K-Tips: It is recommended that K-Tips are Removed and Reinstalled every 3 to 4 Months. K-Tips do not qualify for Move-Ups due to their type of Bond.

For Tape-Ins: It is recommended that Tape-Ins are removed and Reinstalled every 6 to 8 Weeks, or at every color appointment. Tape-Ins do not qualify for Move-Ups due to their type of Bond.

How Much Are Hair Extensions?

The price of hair extensions ranges based on the length of hair, type of installation method, and the amount of hair needed to achieve your desired look. We always recommend coming in for a Free Consultation with our Extension Specialists for a price quote and color match on extensions.

How Long Do My Extensions Last?

The longevity or lifespan of your extensions depends on how well you take care of your hair, and the products used to maintain its health.

Wefts: Hand-tied wefts should last on average of 1 year, this duration is greatly affected by the care of the extensions.

K-Tips: With proper care, our Keratin Bonds can last between 3 to 6 months before they need adjustments. Clients should avoid excessive heat and oil near the bonds and use sulfate-free products to maintain the integrity of their extensions. Daily brushing is also recommended.

Tape-Ins: Tape-in extensions are reusable. With proper care, the extensions can be re-taped and reapplied multiple times, typically up to three uses, averaging 4 to 6 months . It’s essential to thoroughly clean and replace the adhesive before reapplication to maintain a strong bond.

What Products Should I Use?

We always recommend using a mix of professional, salon-quality products to keep your hair and extensions in good health. ALWAYS use heat protectant when styling or using any heat on hair. Use oils and masks on ends of hair to prevent frizz and dryness, DO NOT apply products directly on to bonds.

Can I Air Dry My Extensions?

For Textured and Wavy Extensions you can air dry extensions to keep shape and curl, or diffuse hair with a diffuser.

For Straight Extensions you can air dry or towel dry your hair 80% of the way, then blow dry until fully dry.

DO NOT go to sleep with wet hair, this will increase chances of matting, tangling, odor, and mold.
