Level 3 Stylist

Liana has been a licensed stylist since 2011. Originally from New York, she has worked on numerous shows in Manhattan and Atlantic City. She has been a stylist in Florida since 2014, serving the Windermere area. Liana holds certifications in several smoothing treatments, including Brazilian Blowout and Keratin Complex. Liana is also a master extension artist with certifications in K-tips, i-tips, tape-ins, and hand-tied methods. She is an expert in cutting and coloring all types of hair, specializing in curly cuts and pixie cuts. She enjoys working with dimensional shades of brunette and blonde hair, as well as creating natural-looking lived-in colors. While Liana expresses her creativity by doing hair, she also enjoys dancing, drawing, and playing video games.

Level 3 Stylist

Brittany is a professional in the beauty industry and has over eight years of experience. She has been working as a stylist since 2013 and loves helping women feel confident and beautiful. Brittany is originally from Connecticut but moved to Florida in 2019. She joined our salon after working as a stylist at the Four Seasons Hotel. Brittany is passionate about blonde hair and extensions and holds certifications in Keratin and Brazilian blowout treatments, as well as Bellami and IBE extensions. In her free time, Brittany enjoys spending time with her daughter, Charlotte, and her Siberian husky, Axel.

Level 3 Stylist

Morgan was born and raised in Northern California. She knew from a young age that working with hair was her true passion, and she has been in the hairdressing industry since 2009. In 2018, she and her husband decided to move to Florida. One of the things she loves most about her job is that it provides her with the opportunity to constantly learn and develop new skills. When she is not working, Morgan enjoys spending time with her family, soaking up the sunshine, and visiting theme parks with her husband and her kids.

Level 3 Stylist

Nikki is a licensed hairstylist with over 20 years of experience in the industry. She obtained her license back in 1998 and has always had a passion for learning new things. Nikki trained with the prestigious Aveda in Soho, NYC and her work has been featured in Modern Salon and Coiffure Magazine. Her love for helping others and sharing knowledge has always been a deep-seated passion of hers. She has obtained certification in Brazilian Blowout and Keratin treatments and is an expert in color and cuts. Additionally, Nikki is skilled in balayage and blonding techniques. When she's not working, she spends her free time engaging in her hobbies of gardening and nurturing her deep love for animals and plants.

Level 3 Stylist

Nicole  is a hairstylist who was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts. She comes from a Brazilian-American background and has been working in the hair industry since 2018. Nicole has always had a fascination with hair salons from a young age, and she has found a new home here in Florida where she is excited to continue her journey as a stylist. Nicole specializes in various hair coloring techniques such as blonding, balayage, dimensional colors, and lived-in looks. When she's not working, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband and family, attending church, or traveling to new destinations!

Level 3 Stylist

O'Jemah (OJ) has been passionate about hair since an early age. With over 30 years of experience in the field, OJ brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Roby Michelle Salon. She received her cosmetology education from Central Florida College in Winter Park, where she was trained in all types of hair. She is a master colorist, and makeup artist and loves precision cutting. Her areas of specialization include naturally curly hair, relaxers, weaves, updos, and various types of extensions. OJ's expertise is further demonstrated by her certification in Bellami Extensions, Keratin Treatments, and Brazilian Blowouts. Her ultimate goal is to surpass her clients' expectations and educate them on maintaining healthy hair.

Level 3 Stylist

Miranda is originally from Atlanta, Georgia, but she's now super excited to be in Florida. As a stylist, she specializes in dimensional colors and layered or textured haircuts. Miranda is certified in Brazilian Blowouts and extensions, and she's always up for a challenge. Apart from her work, Miranda loves everything Disney, and she has a dog named Tink and a cat named Obi-Wan Catnobi. During her free time, she enjoys reading and walking around Target. She appreciates good book recommendations from her clients, so feel free to share your favorites with her.

Level 3 Stylist

Jennifer is a highly experienced hairstylist with over 20 years of expertise in the hair industry. Based in Orlando, she is recognized for her expertise in blonding, color treatments, specialty haircuts, and luxurious blowouts. She offers specialized treatments like Keratin and Brazilian blowouts. With international certifications in color techniques and haircutting, she stays current with the latest trends in hairstyling. Jennifer prides herself on her ability to provide personalized consultations, ensuring that every client receives tailored services that meet their unique hair needs and preferences. Beyond her professional life, Jennifer is passionate about maintaining an active lifestyle. In her leisure time, she enjoys working out, dancing, and exploring new destinations with her family, which further fuels her creativity and inspiration in her hairstyling work.

Level 2 Stylist

ChrisAnn spent the first 15 years of her life in Southern California before moving to North Carolina. She graduated from Cosmetology school, in August 2022 and started her training under Robyn as her associate, in November 2022. She is excited to continue her education at RMS throughout her career. ChrisAnn loves building confidence in people and making them feel as beautiful as others see them. She specializes in special occasion styling and updos, blonding, and color services. ChrisAnn's passion for hair styling started during her dancing days when she styled her teammates. Outside of work, she enjoys dancing, going to the gym, spending time at the beach, and being with her family.

Level 2 Stylist

Born and raised in New Hampshire, Carlie saw a passion for hair in her Middle School years. After entering her Junior year of High School, she joined a Tech program of Cosmetology and has loved the industry ever since.  November 2022, Carlie joined our salon and was an Associate under one of our top stylist.  She is excited to continue her education at RMS. Carlie specializes in blonding and balayage technique and holds certifications in Brazilian Blowout and Bellami Tape-In Extensions. 

When not working in the salon, you can find Carlie on the beach or by the pool with her family and friends.  She is a hard worker and strives to become the best stylist and to make others feel  confident within their own skin.

Level 1 Stylist

Maddie is originally from Sandwich, IL. She moved to Florida in 2021 and pursued her dreams for cosmetology, graduated from Paul Mitchell and became Licensed in July of 2023. Maddie has been training under Robyn as an associate since June of 2023 and is excited to continue her education and grow as a stylist. She is now starting to taking clients as a level 1 stylist. Maddie specializes in Short Hair and Blonding. When not working at the salon, Maddie loves to go the beach and surf and read a good Harry Potter book. Maddie is very dedicated, a hard worker and is super excited to continue to grow and evolve as a stylist!
