Q: How do I book an appointment?
A: The best way to reach us is by phone during business hours. You are welcome to email us, message us on Facebook/Instagram, or message a specific stylist and they can put you on their schedule. We will answer you during business hours.
Q: What color line do you use?
A: We use the Schwarzkopf Professional color line.
Q: What products do you offer?
A: We sell Eufora, Oribe, Moroccan Oil, AZ, Amika, Olaplex, Maria Nila, Keratin Complex, and Brazilian Blowout.
Q: What is your pricing for color?
A: We do not price quote without an in-person consultation. You can find our starting prices under 'Services.' Please note, all services are a la carte, and structured based on level of stylist.
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know during your service or within 7 days after your service has been performed. We do not issue refunds.
Please be mindful in your decision to book with us.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for 24 hours notice.
If no notice was communicated within the 24th hour of your appointment, or no-show to your scheduled appointment 3 or more times, this will result in client termination.
We encourage you to come in for a consultation before your color service. Consultations are always complimentary. If you're looking for extensions, you must book a consultation to get your extensions ordered.
