Q: How do I book an appointment?
A: The best way to reach us is by phone during business hours. You are welcome to email us, message us on Facebook/Instagram, or message a specific stylist and they can put you on their schedule. We will answer you during business hours.
Q: What color line do you use?
A: We use the Schwarzkopf Professional color line.
Q: What products do you offer?
A: We sell Eufora, Oribe, Moroccan Oil, AZ, Amika, Olaplex, Maria Nila, Keratin Complex, and Brazilian Blowout.
Q: What is your pricing for color?
A: We do not price quote without an in-person consultation. You can find our starting prices under 'Services.' Please note, all services are a la carte, and structured based on level of stylist.
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know during your service or within 7 days after your service has been performed. We do not issue refunds.
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow clients, please call our salon as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
If 24 hour notice is not given the card on file will be charged 50% of your scheduled service.
Please be aware that if you are more then 15 minutes late for you scheduled appointment we will not be able to guarantee that you will receive the full services scheduled.
No shows are included under this policy and will be charged for the entire amount of the service booked.
We encourage you to come in for a consultation before your color service. Consultations are always complimentary. If you're looking for extensions, you must book a consultation to get your extensions ordered.
