Q: How do I book an appointment?

A: The best way to reach us is by phone during business hours. You are welcome to email us, message us on Facebook/Instagram, or message a specific stylist and they can put you on their schedule. We will answer you during business hours.

Q: What color line do you use?

A: We use the Schwarzkopf Professional color line.

Q: What products do you offer?

A: We sell Oribe, Eufora, K-18, Keratin Complex, and Brazilian Blowout.

Q: What is your pricing for color?

A: We do not price quote without an in-person consultation. You can find our starting prices under 'Services.' Please note, all services are a la carte, and structured based on level of stylist. 

At Robyn Michelle Salon, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your service, please inform us during your appointment or within 7 days after your service. We are committed to addressing your concerns and making it right.

Please note, we do not offer refunds, but we’ll work with you to ensure you're fully satisfied with your results.

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow clients, please call our salon as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. 

If 24 hour notice is not given the card on file will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. 

Please note that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may not be able to provide the full services as planned. We want to ensure you receive the best experience possible, so we encourage arriving on time to allow for a stress-free, thorough service.

No shows are included under this policy and will be charged for the entire amount of the service booked. 

We highly recommend scheduling a consultation before your color service to ensure we’re on the same page with your hair goals. Consultations are always complimentary!
